Local School Uses Paths as Strategy

The PBIS committee at Jefferson Elementary School introduced the use of Learning Trails to all teachers k-6 to help  manage students in the classroom as a Tier 1 intervention.  We feel the trails/paths help students refocus their attention as they take a quick break to exercise their bodies and minds.  We have also seen positive results for some students who have trouble managing their emotions.  They use the paths as a strategy to help gain control so that they can calmly discuss their emotions and get back to learning without causing distractions to others. We are excited to continue to use the paths with our students and highly recommend Learning Trail Graphics to other districts and hope they see the same positive results with their students.
